By subscribing to the Pretty Fit App or participating in the Challenges, you acknowledge and agree that your involvement is solely at your own risk. You fully assume responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the app’s programs or challenges.

Fitness and Health : You affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit your participation in the programs offered by Pretty Fit Academy. You acknowledge that your enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and in no way mandated by Pretty Fit Academy.

Content and Material Use: Pretty Fit Academy provides fitness and nutrition content, including but not limited to workout programs, diet plans, and instructional videos. This content is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.

Challenge Participation: If participating in the Challenges, you agree to adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by Pretty Fit Academy. This includes submitting any required materials, such as progress photos. You understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disqualification from prize eligibility.

Intellectual Property Rights : All content provided through the Pretty Fit App or during the Challenges, including but not limited to workout programs, diet plans, and instructional videos, is the property of Pretty Fit Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, redistribute, transmit, assign, or sublicense any content or materials provided.

Limitation of Liability: Pretty Fit Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your participation in the app’s programs or challenges.

Subscription and Purchase Terms: At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically roll over to the selected plan, and you will be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. All purchases with Pretty Fit Academy are final. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, we do not offer refunds for any payments already made. Pretty Fit Academy offers various subscription options and a clear cancellation policy, which you agree to review and understand upon subscribing.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pretty Fit Academy operates.

Consent for Email Marketing: By subscribing, you agree to receive email marketing, including newsletters, promotions, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
