THE BASE BODY METHOD

Whether you want to train in the gym or at home, or whether you are an absolute beginner to lifting weights, someone with some gym experience or an advanced athlete wanting to take your strength to the next level, the Base Body training programs are designed to work for EVERY BODY. No matter what stage you are at, these programs will effectively develop all of the attributes you need to reach your own personal strength and fitness goals, while prioritising and promoting correct lifting technique, smart programming and healthy, maintainable habits.

Whether your goals are performance or aesthetic focused, rest assured, the Base Body methods will get you looking and feeling your absolute best. If you want to get good at anything, the first step is to build a strong base and Base Body – The App will help you build the foundations for optimal health, fitness, strength and wellbeing.

The Base Body training programs apply the principles of progressive overload. They run in 4 week phases, which means you follow the same weekly program for 4 weeks at a time, with a focus on progressing each session. At the end of every 4 week phase, your training program will change and you will receive your next 4 week training program, which is a great amount of time to get the most out of your program, but not so long that your body will adapt and plateau. For optimal results, it is essential that the body is continuously challenged in order to change and develop. But don’t worry, you don’t have to think too much about that! That’s what Base Body – The App is here for, to take the thinking out of your programming and make the training process as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. However, if you are someone who loves to learn and understand why you are doing certain things, there is an abundance of educational content throughout the app for your reading and viewing pleasure.

The training programs and content included have not only been developed by the Base Body Babes, but also one of the worlds best strength coaches, Sebastian Oreb – the Australian Strength Coach, as well as other experts in the fields of human movement, rehabilitation and nutrition.
